Judit Nagy is an Associate professor at Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary. She earned her PhD in Supply Chain Management and since then she participated in several academic and business projects in this area. She is working in the Department of Supply Chain Management at the Institute of Operations and Decision Sciences. Her area of expertise is digitalisation in the supply chain with a special focus on its resilience, and supply chain management in the food industry. Her current research topic is the food supply chain as an element of critical infrastructure and the role of digitalisation in its resilience. She is the author of more than 120 international and Hungarian publications. She is the head of the Food Supply Chain Research Group at Corvinus, and she is the Programme Director of Corvinus's largest bachelor programme involving almost 2000 students.
As a volunteer activity, she is the head of the Educators Committee in the Hungarian Association of Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory Management, connecting educators and researchers in logistics and supply chain management in Hungary. She is a member of many international scientific organizations, too, like IPSERA, EurOMA and ISIR.
